Damages Happen
In order to repair broken necklaces or bracelets, please keep all parts of the jewelry piece. Mae Cargo will not fix a damaged necklace or bracelet with missing charms or missing parts.
All damages can be fixed!
Damages will be fixed complementary within 14 days of customer receiving item(s). In this case, contact Kate@maecargo.com. If your item(s) was delivered damaged, please contact Kate immediately.
