Your patience is appreciated. You will receive an email with tracking number once your package had been shipped. Rest assured your package is in my system and will be heading your way soon!
If package is undeliverable because of missing or incomplete information or incorrect address, the cost of resending package will be invoiced to customer. Please make sure you type in your correct address.
All changes on orders must be made within 24 hours. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but I cannot cancel or modify orders that have already shipped.

I want to give you the best information on how to keep your rad jewelry looking new! Here are some tips and product information to help you understand your necklace and how you can make it last as long as possible.

“Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, or 5% pure gold by weight.  It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler’s brass resulting in a durable, quality REAL GOLD product. 14k rose gold-filled, rather than yellow gold. Gold filled can tarnish overtime. By using a gold polishing cloth, this will help to clean it! Gold filled has to be taken care of, but it will last you a lifetime.

“Sterling silver” contains 92.5% silver. Pure silver is too malleable to be used in jewelry making and is therefore alloyed with another metal to make it more durable and rigid. My sterling silver chains contains 7.5% copper. It does NOT contain nickel. Care should be taken to avoid exposing silver to household chemicals when cleaning with bleach or ammonia, or when swimming in chlorinated water, as these chemicals can damage silver.

Each necklace has their own elements. When designing jewelry I wanted to focus on simplicity and quality. Please be sure to go to your exact jewelry listing if you have further questions about the components and what each piece is made of.

All ball chain necklaces: The most fragile part of the necklace is near the clasp. I say this to warn you, not to scare you! In any case, please do not over bend the ball chain near the clasp, or it will break. This is just a warning. But in SO many testimonies and other girl's experiences... there have been zero issues! This is a necklace you put on and never take off.

Note: all jewelry on the website is under “Date Night” jewelry or “Workout Friendly”. Avoid doing a workout in your date night jewelry. Workout friendly jewelry can be confidently worn during a sweaty workout, however, NO FRONT RACKED BARBELL MOVEMENTS :)

Shipping Information

All jewelry and shirts are handmade to order when you make your purchase. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your order to be created. All items are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation and tracking. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. If your order was purchased during a sale, your order will take 2 – 3 weeks to process. You will receive a confirmation email receipt, letting you know that the shop has received your order. Please do not e-mail Kate about your shipping time until its been 2 weeks from your order date, as it takes away much needed time to process your order. I understand ordering online, and getting it ASAP, however, if I (Kate) am consumed with emails I'm unable to do my job efficiently. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.

There is a RUSH SHIPPING option which is $40.00 fee for rushing an order. Your order will be out in the mail within 24hours of purchase. Purchasing priority mail at checkout does not mean your order will process faster. The processing time of 1-3 weeks is for all orders. Purchasing priority mail will make the shipping time faster, but the processing time will be the same.

Mae Cargo is not responsible for lost,  stolen or damaged jewelry/packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact your local post office to see if your package goes missing or arrives damaged.

I accept products bought from Mae Cargo in new condition in original packaging for store credit only. There’s no restocking fee for items sent back on time. No returns are accepted for international customers! You have 7 days from the day your item was delivered to make your return. Returns sent back after 7 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender. I do not offer exchanges. Please note all final sale items and all jewelry are not eligible for refund, or exchange. If you would like store credit within the 7 days of your item(s) being delivered, that will be accepted. Sale items purchased at a discount, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once I get your items back your refund will be issued in store credit which will be e-mailed to you.  Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and inside original packaging.


Same shipping and processing times applies to pre-orders, however the processing time will take a little longer. Please allow up to  3-4 weeks for Pre-Order Listings to be shipped. If you have any further questions about an item in particular, please read item details on the product listing.
